The City of Philadelphia Department of Human Services Out of School Time Project (DHS OST) program provides after-school and summer programs for children and youth grades K-12. As an intermediary, PHMC provides data management and contract and fiscal oversight. Programs offer a variety of activities including sports/fitness/health, arts, life skills, academic enrichment, leadership development, and recreational/social.
